Rates
All rates quoted are based on a one day event. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, checks and cash. We require a 50% deposit for reservations. The balance is due the day before the event.
Delivery and Pick-up
A minimal fee will be charged for delivery and pick-up. Additional fees will be charged for other than first floor door-to-door deliveries. Upon delivery, all items will be neatly stacked in a mutually convenient, sheltered (protected from the elements) location.
On pick-up, all items should be at the drop-off location. All equipment must be placed in original containers, and tables and chairs stacked.
We require a four hour window of time for deliveries and pick-ups.
Set-up and Take-down
We are happy to offer these services for various rental items. Please call for pricing.
Cleaning Policy
All items rented are “table ready”. Before returning, dishes should be scraped and rinsed. Grills must be scraped clean while hot. Linens should be dry and free of debris. Childrens chairs should be without frosting.
